High-Gravity (High-G) Pressure Transducers Synopsis
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the U.S. Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to Kulite Semiconductor Products for High-Gravity (High-G) Pressure Transducers to support all Munitions Testing Programs (including Excalibur and other Telemetry programs) in the Precision Munitions Instrumentation (PMI) Division.
The solicitation will be issued as a sole source effort to Kulite Semiconductor Products, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Delivery Order Contract to support FY15-19 requirements. The Period of Performance for this contract will be for five years from the date of contract award. The contract will include a minimum guarantee of twenty (20) High-G Pressure Transducers and a maximum contract ceiling price of $990,000.00. As future requirements for High-G Pressure Transducers are identified during the Period of Performance, the Government will award FFP Delivery Orders, as applicable.
