High Volume Instrument (HVI) Maintenance
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program plans to extend the full servince maintenance on the High Volume Instruments (HVI's) beyond the 96 months originally purchased under Contract AG-4740-C-07-0043 with Uster Technologies located at 456 Troy Circle, Knoxville, TN 37919. Uster is the manufacturer of the HVI and is the only contractor who can provide service on the HVI's. The HVI full service contract includes parts, labor, supplies, proprietary software updates, etc. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.
