High Velocity Hot Oil Flushing
The University is seeking sealed proposals for High Velocity Hot Oil Flush as per attached general and technical specifications. Contractor shall perform a high velocity hot oil flush of the newly installed piping to insure the piping is properly cleaned and free of foreign particles. Contractor shall provide all labor, services, material and equipment to perform coordinate and flush the hydraulic oil system at the South Engineering Research Center (SERC). Contractor is responsible for the pump down and site storage as well as the refill of the hydraulic oil during and after modifications. Contractor is responsible for the high velocity hot oil flushing of the new installed pipe and shall consist of flow reversal and pipe vibration to aid in the removal trapped particles.
