High Speed Telecommunications
The base bid option is to build a district-wide “Dark” Fiber Service, consisting of 6 strands of single mode fiber (optional 12 strand). The service will have a star configuration with a central site and multiple remote sites. The infrastructure could be utilized for voice, video and data communications as well as any future applications. This project must be all-inclusive, i.e., material, construction, and establishment of rights-of-ways (ROW).
