High School Dining Expansion & Auditorium Renovations

Dining Expansion Scope of Work: includes demolition of interior partitions, finishes, etc., and enclosing an existing open interior courtyard complete with a new steel structure, roofing, floor slab, doors, finishes, HVAC equipment,
and electrical.
Auditorium Renovation Scope of Work: includes demolition of partitions and finishes and installation of fixed audience seating, new finishes, installation of a wheelchair lift, HVAC and electrical upgrades.
