High School Addition and Renovations
This project consists of the renovations of nine freestanding buildings, the partial demolition, renovation, and connection of the Gymnasium, Auditorium, and an instructional building with more than 55,000 square feet of new construction, and demolition of select freestanding buildings. Site construction includes grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, site utilities, driveways, paving and sidewalks, fencing, site lighting, signage and landscaping. The renovation of the existing buildings includes selective demolition, new interior and exterior partition construction, new windows, accessibility modifications, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations, mechanical and electrical system replacements, and building energy management system.
