High Risk Rural Roads Program (Run-Off Road Safety Project)
This project provides for the improvements to and Highway SW within unincorporated County: SE by widening shoulders, installing rumble strips and recessed pavement markings, channelization revisions, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, the Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
