High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for supplying laparoscopic High Intensity Focused Ultrasound equipment for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston, TX. The VA anticipates the award of a single firm fixed price contract.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510; the size standard is 500 employees.
The Government requests interested parties submit the following information:
Company information:
- Name of Firm
- Address
- Dun & Bradstreet Number
- Socioeconomic status (i.e. SDVOSB; VOSB; HUBZone; Woman Owned; 8a; Large Business)
- Descriptive Information/Specifications for the laparoscopic High Intensity Focused Ultrasound available.
Firms should insure that registration in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) is complete to include Certifications and Representations and status is ACTIVE.
Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] ; file size is limited to 6MB. The subject line shall be titled laparoscopic High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Equipment. Responses are due not later than 1:00pm CDT, June 5, 2014. The submission of information in response to this notice shall be at NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT.
