High Frequency System Intergration
This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for a lead system integrator (LSI) for a High Frequency (HF) system in use by United States Air Force (USAF). Contractor personnel security and facility clearances must be granted by the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand. The Contractor must have personnel cleared to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). The Contractor must have a facility clearance to store and process classified information at a minimum of Secret. The Contractor must have the ability to hire employees with security clearances and have the infrastructure to maintain clearances. Potential Contractors must also have a location presence in the United States. This survey is conducted in multiple phases and response to this first phase does not guarantee participation in a future phase. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
