High Efficiency Street Lights
The Regional Purchasing Cooperative is seeking proposals for qualifications of companies to provide high efficiency streetlights (no installation) funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. RFQ includes Buy American provision requiring that all iron, steel and manufactured goods used in the project must be produced in the United States.
