Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 104, seeks to procure Hewlett Packard (HP) Desktops and laptops to replace aging and non-compliment systems that provides a platform from which Code 1041 host servers and applications that are used by a number of personnel within the command on a Brand Name basis, no substitutions are allowed as per the attached Justification and Approval for Use of Other than Full and Open Competition Justification (J&A).
