The purpose of this Request For Proposal is to solicit proposals for architectural and
engineering services necessary to design a new field house at Henrico High School in Henrico
County located at 302 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23227.
This project will consist of approximately 12,000 square feet of building area with a standing
seam metal roof and associated site work in coordination with the County of Henrico POD
requirements. The program will include separate public and student restroom facilities, staff
office and restroom facilities, team locker facilities, laundry facilities, storage facilities, and
other appurtenant spaces. This project will also include an energy management system that is
compatible with the existing energy management system currently serving the School.
No contact with the Owner shall occur during the proposal period with the exception of
