The Western Climate Initiative, Incorporated (WCI, Inc.) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for help desk services for the fall 2012 release of the Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service (CITSS). The RFP is posted at http://wci-inc.org/rfp.php.

Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Contract execution is expected by September 21, and help desk services are expected to be in place by November 1. A one-hour bidder's conference will be hosted by WCI, Inc. at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Friday, July 27. Details for the bidder's conference are posted on the WCI, Inc. website.
