On behalf of Upper Iowa University, I invite you to submit proposals in response to the RFP 03-18 for Upper Iowa University's Help Center Solution, attached. Please pay close attention to the dates included in the RPF, NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Please submit four (4) proposals (one (1) original, two (2) copies, and one (1) digital copy (emailed to beaverc48@uiu.edu) in a sealed package addressed and clearly marked as follows:
