The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Perforce Software, Inc., 400 First Avenue North #200, Minneapolis, MN 55401 due to unique capability. This material must be capable with existing Helix Plug-ins. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0093.
