340-4691 (Helicopter Black Hawk UH-60A: Bearing, Plain). Specifications, plans
or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot
be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an
approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests.
The only approved source for this item is Sikorsky (CAGE:78286) and
Dover,Diversified Inc, (CAGE: 97613). Any manufacturer, other than Sikorsky
(CAGE:78286) and Dover,Diversified Inc, (CAGE: 97613), wishing to submit a
proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR).

will result in an IDPPO with a three year base period and one two year option
period for minimum quantity and maximum quantity see attachment B. For the
required delivery schedule see attachment B, FOB destination. The final contract
award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance
and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible
sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation
will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date
