Heavy Lift Transport (HLT) Upgrade
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requires the upgrade and maintenance of four Heavy Lift Transport (HLT) software used to support the transport of Virginia Class propulsion shaft assemblies. PHNSY & IMF currently owns four HLTs manufactured by utilizing software proprietary to TDS automation, LLC. It is the governments intent to award a contract to a single, primary contractor.
The anticipated period of performance is October 19, 2018-Feburary 28, 2019.
Interested parties/potential offers’ may submit a written capability statement. Telephonic responses are not allowed. Written questions and/or comments are welcome. All responses must be received by the stated response date and time.
This is not a request for proposals and a contract will not be awarded in responded to any written capability statements, questions, or comments received. Compensation will not be paid for any costs related to the preparation or submission of responses.
