1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued. The solicitation number is SP4510-19-Q-1038 and is being issued as a Request for Quoted (RFQ).
2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02TA.
3) This is a 100% Unrestricted and the NAICS Code is 332313 with a size standard of 750 Employees.

When quoting, shipping should be included in each of the unit prices.
a) Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detail specifications.
5) Delivery shall be within 90 days after award.
6) This requirement is a Firm Fixed Priced contract. Pricing must be Fixed Price for the entirety of supplies quoted.
7) Quotations will be evaluated on a Lowest-Priced Technical-Acceptable basis. Award will be made to a firm that offers the lowest total price to the Government for the entire required items based on a Brand Name or equal for the listed items.
8) Offers may provide multiple offers in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (e).
9) Offers are due at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (United States), on 18 September 2019. Email quotes to Jacob.Curtiss@dla.mil. Questions are due 16 September 2019 by 12:00PM Eastern time and must be submitted in writing via email to Jacob.Curtiss@dla.mil. Questions will not be answered via telephone. Questions that occur after the cut off, but are considered to be significant to the requirement, may be accepted and discussed only with those vendors that have submitted a quote.
