Heating and Glycol Replacement

Work of this Contract is comprised of returning the hydronic heating systems to
optimal operating condition of specified North Slope Borough owned buildings
within the villages of Atqasuk, Wainwright, and Kaktovik, including: complete
drain of glycol in systems and disposal of glycol outside of the North Slope
Borough; installing new side-stream filter(s) sized to divert 5% of total hydronic
flow; identifying and bringing to the attention of the owner any general
maintenance items suggested for the hydronic heating system; complete flush
and clean of hydronic heating system; refilling of hydronic heating system with
premixed Dowfrost 50/50 HD glycol.
