Heating/Cooling/Humidification System and Installation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2019-05. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #DJA-19-ANCE-PR-0026.
Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.aquisitions.gov/far.

All questions must be received by 3:00PM EST on Friday September 20, 2019. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotes should be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All quotes must be received by 2:00PM EST on Monday September 23, 2019. Quotes received after the stated time will not be accepted.
All proposals shall include the following contractor administrative data: (1) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and (2) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS).
