Description
The AFNWC/PZIC will be soliciting a 100% Total Small Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price Contract to support the 377 MSG/CE mission at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.
Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this **************** and follow on Request for Proposals (RFP) is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from end of fiscal year funding. No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise unless, and until, funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this procurement and award has been made by the Contracting Officer.
