Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Maintenance
The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit bids to establish an HVAC preventative maintenance and break/fix contract. The preventative maintenance portion of the contract will follow the manufacturer?s recommended service schedule. The break/fix portion of the contract will be on a time and materials basis for emergency heating and air conditioning service needs.
