Heaterless Hollow Cathode System
The Spacecraft Charging and Instrumentation Calibration Laboratory is in need of a high current (direct current) "heaterless" hollow cathode system. This hollow cathode system is crucial to allow us to meet our research needs as we increase our capabilities. This is a sources sought as we are looking for a capable vendor who could supply this piece of laboratory equipment. If you have any questions you can email me at vences.roybal@us.af.mil
The following is a specification list for the power supply:
1.) 0 to 40 capable heaterless hollow cathode
2.) Chamber electrical feedthrough
3.) Electrical cables for vacuum and air side of chamber
4.) 600 dc voltage power supply
5.) Protection box for cathode system
6.) Gas flow delivery system to include: regulator, mass flow controller, gas flow shut off valve and vacuum air side SS gas lines ¼" od.
