The State issues this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals and proposed pricing from qualified vendors for Printing, Manufacturing and Related Services to produce Counterfeit-Resistant Cigarette Excise Stamps for the State of Texas (State), including the provision of heat transfer decalcomania cigarette tax stamps as described in this Section and in this RFP.
