Scope of Work
Heat Pump Replacement at Gauley Ranger District Offices
Work includes removal of the existing two gas-electric heating units and one cooling unit and replacing the two gas-electric heating and cooling units with two brand new heat pump units. The units to be removed are two (2) Trane units Model No. YCH090B3L0AB and one (1) Trane unit Model No. TCC024F100AA. Replacement equipment includes two (2) new packaged heat pump units with duct detectors. Contractor shall complete all required electrical, plumbing, and construction work required to make a complete and operable system. There will be an access path +-6' wide built in the back of the office near the river by the USDA Forest Service to access the 3 units that will be removed and replaced. Contractor shall have access to the restrooms, electrical, and water between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project includes all costs associated with disconnecting and disposal of the existing units along with the installation and connecting of the new units.
