Healthy Retail/Café Concept
The City is seeking information on the desirability of entering into a lease for the operation of a limited service healthy eating establishment possibly co-located with a fitness related retailer or similar concept. The City is willing to investigate economic development grants, rental rebates and other incentives to assist with tenanting this location.
