Healthy Montana Families Project
The State is seeking a contractor to provide evidence-based maternal and early childhood home visiting services, following either the Parents as Teachers or Nurse-Family Partnership model. The offeror must be a county health department or tribal health department. The State intends to fund at least two new evidence-based home visiting projects (i.e. those not currently receiving federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Service Delivery (MIECHV SD) funding for evidence-based home visiting). This does not prohibit sites currently receiving MIECHV SD funding from submitting a proposal. Sites receiving MIECHV SD funding who submit a proposal for HMFP must select the same evidence-based model for both funding sources.
