The purpose of this RFS is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for
reporting and annual evaluations of the HIP Waiver 1115 Demonstration. It is the intent
of Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP), to contract with a vendor that
provides quality services for conducting evaluations and drafting reports for the OMPP.
