PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to enter into a
contract through competitive negotiations to arrange external financing payment plans for veterinarian customers with
non-recourse payment to University, an agency of the
Commonwealth of Virginia.
II. CONTRACT PERIOD:
The term of this contract is for three (3) years, or as negotiated. There will be an option for five (5), one-year
renewals, or as negotiated.
