HealthQuest Wellness Program
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to open negotiations with potential vendor partner(s) to design and implement a value based wellness and health management program that integrates the various components to create a seamless experience for members and internal administrative staff. Ultimately, the program will result in improved wellbeing, better managed health care costs, increased employee engagement and overall greater value from the health care spend for employees and the State.
