Health and Prescription Benefits for Employees

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed, competitive proposals to obtain a qualified Contractor to provide the County with medical and prescription drug benefits for their eligible employees and retirees. The Government has approximately 2,374 benefit eligible employees and approximately 579 retirees. The College has approximately 300 participating employees and retirees, of approximately 380 eligible. Proposals are being requested for administration of benefits, insurance of benefits, or both.
