Health Risk Management Request for Proposal
The City of Lenexa, Kansas (City) has requested Locktons assistance in marketing two important components of the wellness program offered to employees and their spouses: the on-site health screenings and the Health Risk Assessment (HRA). As a public entity, the City is required to market these services regularly. In doing so, the City hopes to partner with a health and wellness provider offering accurate laboratory and biometric testing, as well as robust aggregate data and individual reporting to those who receive a screening/complete the HRA. All prospective respondents will be afforded an opportunity to submit a proposal in response to this request and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age sex or disability in receiving consideration for an award of any contract entered into pursuant to this Request for Proposal (RFP.)
