Health Risk Assessment
The City's Wellness at Work program was dissolved during the 2009 fiscal year due to budget restrictions. Since that time, funding has been made available to reinstate the program. This funding is separate and apart from any health insurance provisions. Per employee request the wellness committee is reinstating the health risk assessment to be the foundation of evaluating return on investment.
