Health Promotions Initiatives
The County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to assist the Division of Health Promotion of the County Department of Health Services to support and disseminate evidence-based programs that promote disease prevention and control among Fulton County’s 900,000 residents. These programs entail data collection and analysis, education, outreach and service relative to cardiovascular disease.
