Bridges to Health (B2H), the OCFS waiver program, allows Medicaid to pay for waiver services which are supplementary to services in the Medicaid State Pland and Foster Care. Payments for all B2H services will be claimed through the eMedNY Medicaid billing system at rates established by OCFS.
