Health Care Analytical Services
The State is seeking a vendor or vendors working in partnership or separately to provide a wide array of analytical services to support Vermont’s goal for health care reform to improve the value of health care in a manner that increases health and decreases spending growth. The successful bidder(s) will assist the State to construct a foundation of information to support policy analysis, evaluation, and decision making. The successful bidder(s) will develop an analytical framework and generate analytic deliverables that provide a clear picture of health and health care spending in Vermont; an understanding of why health care spending is at current levels, and how it relates to health; the ability to model the consequences of policy initiatives that might influence health and health care spending; and a system to evaluate the actual outcomes of policy initiatives, and to modify them as indicated
