The Long Island Power Authority ("Authority"), a corporate municipal instrumentality and political
subdivision of the State of New York, requests proposals for the provision of implementation services to the
Authority and its subsidiary, the Long Island Lighting Company d/b/a LIPA (hereinafter the
Authority and its subsidiary are collectively and individually referred to as "LIPA") to support
LIPA's new Small Business Direct Install Program (the "SBDI") for a contract term of five years as part of
LIPA's Commercial Efficiency Program.
