Health / Behavioral Health Integration
Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services will make available a total of $375,000 to fund at least two (2) or more community health centers, providing behavioral health services within a primary care setting. Selected organizations will be expected to leverage of the funds provided by Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to secure additional funding (e.g. third party reimbursement) to fully fund the project.
