Health & Wellness Medical Clinic Concession
The DoDCC is a non-appropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) within the Department of Defense (DoD) with oversight responsibility for all commercial sales on the Pentagon Reservation and at the Mark Center. The DoDCC provides products and services to customers within the Pentagon, Pentagon Reservation and the Mark Center, to include food service, retail and vending.
The DoDCC is interested in offering a health & wellness medical clinic concession in designated space within the Mark Center. Retail partners operating within the Mark Center include a sundries retail store concession and a laundry/dry cleaning retail concession. Food service within the Mark Center includes Café 4800 operated by The Market Basket, a Dunkin’ Donuts cart and a Subway cart.
The DoDCC is soliciting proposals to establish an agreement with a firm to operate a “for profit” health & wellness medical clinic concession within the Mark Center. A copy of the solicitation is enclosed for your consideration, excluding Attachments 1 (CAD files of the retail space), 6 (WHS Building Code) and 7 (PM SOP). Prospective offerors are urged to schedule a site visit of the proposed location at any time after the preproposal conference, which is scheduled for Thursday,
April 20, 2017, as stated in the RFP. Scheduling of site visits will be handled by
submitting requests to: whs.DoDCCRequest@mail.mil. All site visits must be
conducted after the preproposal conference and no later than May 12, 2017.
