The project will involve approximately 1200 square feet of project area. The scope includes minor interior partition and systems demolition, minor mechanical and electrical demolition, millwork demolition and removal. Construction will include metal stud and sheetrock partitions with sound batting and in some casesbullet resistant fiberglass panels.
