Hazardous Waste Disposal

The scope of service required by prospective contractors is to provide pick up and disposal of hazardous waste and emergency response on the right of way, to provide the hazardous material managers at each site all documentation required by Federal, State, and local regulations (examples: copies of required insurance certificates, disposal licenses and permits) to enable the hazardous waste managers to meet mandates imposed on generators, and to provide the Contract Administrator with quarterly and annual disposal reports.
