Hazardous Substance Assessment and Cleanup, Division of Spill Prevention and Response
The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Spill Prevention and Response is soliciting proposals for a contract for hazardous substance spill prevention and cleanup throughout the state, for which the Department will have assumed the lead role; and for related technical consultation services. Substances may include crude oil, products refined from crude oil, hazardous substances and materials, unknown and uncharacterized substances, and contaminated debris, soil and related waste materials.
