Hazardous Spill Response, Removal and Disposal Services
The Department seeks emergency environmental services from bidders specializing in emergency response to hazardous material incidents, which includes discovery, investigation, evaluation, mitigation, and remediation of contaminated media, surface water, groundwater, land, and waters of the State including offshore or coastal waters or other contamination resulting from the discharge, spillage, uncontrolled loss, seepage or filtration of oil or petroleum, chemical liquids, solid, liquid or gaseous products, waste oil, or hazardous wastes.
