Hazardous Material Sorbent, Abstorbent Pillow, and Spill Contaiment Shock
Request for Quote SPE4A6-15-X-0171 will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will cover requirements for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods for the following NSNs: (1). NSN 4235-01-423-0711, (2) NSN 4235-01-423-1463, (3) NSN 4235-01-423-1465, (4) NSN 4235-01-423-1466, and (5) NSN 4235-01-423-1467. See the attached spreadsheet for approved sources, estimated annual quantity, guaranteed minimum quantity, and delivery. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation.
