Hawaii State Mix V Hot Mix Asphalt either delivered, picked-up, or a combination of both depending on order with orders placed against an IDIQ Contract.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department requests responses from
qualified sources capable of providing: an estimated 5400 total tons of Hawaii State Mix V Hot Mix Asphalt
(HMA) per year which will be issued on delivery orders placed against an IDIQ type contract with a one year
base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The CLIN structure of any resulting contract will
consist of two Contract Line Itembs (CLINbs): One CLIN for 4,000 tons of Hawaii State Mix V Hot Mix Asphalt
(HMA) delivered to NAVFAC affiliate locations on Oahu and Barking Sands, Kauai, and one CLIN for 1,400
Tons of Hawaii State Mix V Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) picked up by government personnel at the contractor plant
on Oahu.
The period of performance for the base year will start on or about January 25, 2018 bJanuary
24, 2019 plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Under the delivery CLIN, orders will be FOB
Destination, and under the Picked-Up CLIN, orders will be FOB Origin. The Minimum Guarantee Order under
any resulting IDIQ will be $2,500. Each delivery order under the IDIQ by the ordering officials(s) will be paid
via government credit card.
