Hastus Training and Operational Support
The District is seeking the services of a contractor experienced with using the
Hastus software version 2012 (Vehicle, Crew, CrewOpt, GEO, BID and Daily
Operations software modules) to conduct on-site training activities and provide
consulting services that will support implementation of the Hastus Integrated
Operations Project (HIOPS). This project is in-progress and will result in
replacement of the District’s legacy Bus Operator timekeeping, dispatching and
Bus Operator work (shift) bidding software with the Hastus BID, BID-Web, Daily
Crew and Daily Vehicle software modules.
The selected contractor will supplement the training, support and professional
recommendations of GIRO staff (as defined in the existing GIRO contracts) by
completing research and analysis, preparing technical deliverables and
conducting on-site training. The project objective is to ensure the transition to
Hastus Daily Operations is efficient, successful and follows best industry best
practices.
