Harris Communication Equipment
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis Award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The negotiation will be with Harris Corporation, 2400 Palm Bay Road NE, Palm Bay, FL, 32905-3377, for Harris, Communication Equipment. A determination by the Government to sole source this contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requested equipment is unique to the Government and no substitute or equal equipment will satisfy this requirement.
This requirement will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. The awardee must have a current registration in Systems Award management (SAM) database for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The NAICS code is (334290). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
