Harlem River Promenade Project
The Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation ("BOEDC") requests proposals for consultant assistance in facilitating a community-driven process that will create a feasible conceptual plan for the Harlem River Promenade Site ("HRP Site") located in the Highbridge neighborhood in the Bronx (the "Project"). BOEDC anticipates that the Project will take approximately one year to complete. This document will help meet growing demand from community groups, advocates and civic associations to compile and build on previous research and plans into a comprehensive conceptual plan for the specified site that is part of the Harlem Riverfronts redevelopment and reuse.
