Harbor Square Property Management Services
Property Management Services must be responsive and prepared to manage the
facilities in the most efficient and professional manner. The Property Management Services
will be required to perform the following:
�� Collect rent from approximately 60 tenants
�� Oversee operations and contract with vendors for repair and maintenance in
accordance with State law and Port policy.
�� Supervise maintenance personnel and custodial services
�� Negotiate leases for space including full service and triple net leases
�� Renew existing leases
�� Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly, and other reports as required; prepare
revenue/expenditure reports
�� Provide excellent customer service and follow up to tenant requests
�� Enforce terms of lease agreements in accordance with State law and Port policy
