Harassment Prevention Program Training Software Services
Maximum term of up to six (6) years, subject to contract negotiations The City’s Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a hosted, interactive, web-based training software program (“Program”) to the City’s approximately 6,000 supervisory employees to comply with California State Assembly Bill AB1825, adopted as California Government Code section 12950. The Program must include information and guidance regarding federal and state laws against harassment, as well as practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Services shall include Program planning and management, including but not limited to, requirements and design, integration, testing, acceptance, deployment, and maintenance. User support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year is required.
